Are there really 60,000 rape victims?
In the first place, that is an estimate over the 10 year period that Ban Ki Moon was Secretary-General, nobody ever claimed to have a list of 60,000 names, but what is most curious is that while the UN (and many other people who claim to be "experts") may scoff and dismiss the number; nobody has been willing to either (a) dispute our methodology or (b) come up with their own estimate.
Go figure.....
Does the UN really protect child rapists?
The short answer to that is (we hope) "not deliberately.....
but it is the effect of the way the UN interprets the protection provided by the 1946 Convention on Privileges and Immunities.
